Important Notice: By creating an account and using rem4d services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use rem4d Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. rem4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts created by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all deposits will be forfeited in accordance with Indonesian law.
Zero Tolerance for Underage Gambling: rem4d strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Any attempt by a minor to access our Services constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. We employ age verification procedures during account registration and reserves the right to conduct additional verification at any time.
rem4d Services are intended exclusively for residents of Indonesia. By registering an account, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia and are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of rem4d complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws in your jurisdiction.
To use rem4d Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
rem4d is required to verify the identity of all Players in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming policies. You must provide valid identification documents, including a government-issued Indonesian ID card (KTP) or passport, within 7 days of registration or upon first withdrawal request, whichever occurs first. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restricted account functionality, including inability to withdraw funds. rem4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership.
rem4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata, as well as popular e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified in promotional terms. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. rem4d does not charge deposit fees, although your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
You may request withdrawal of funds from your rem4d Account at any time, provided your account is fully verified (KYC completed), you have met all applicable bonus wagering requirements, and the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with rem4d customer support for security reasons. Standard withdrawal processing time is 5-30 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00-16:00 WIB), with possible delays during weekends, public holidays, or due to additional security verification. rem4d reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to refuse or delay withdrawal requests if fraud or breach of these Terms is suspected.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your rem4d Account originate from legitimate sources and do not represent proceeds of crime, money laundering, or financing of terrorism. rem4d reserves the right to investigate the source of deposited funds and to freeze accounts or report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by Indonesian anti-money laundering regulations.
rem4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. Standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 20x wagering requires Rp 2,000,000 in total bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
rem4d strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, colluding with other players to manipulate wagering requirements, exploiting software errors to gain unfair advantage, or engaging in irregular betting patterns designed to clear wagering with minimal risk. Any Player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all bonuses voided, and winnings forfeited. rem4d reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected bonus abuse.
By accepting bonuses or participating in promotions, you consent to receive promotional communications from rem4d via email, SMS, or account notifications. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your account settings, although this may affect your eligibility for future bonus offers.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming any wager. rem4d reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including but not limited to obvious pricing errors, technical glitches that produce incorrect odds, or bets placed after an event outcome is already known. In the event of a voided bet, your stake will be returned to your account balance.
Sports betting markets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball, BWF for badminton). Settlement decisions are final and binding. Live in-play betting odds are updated in real-time, and rem4d reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time. "Cash Out" functionality, where available, allows Players to settle bets before event conclusion at odds determined by rem4d's algorithms. Cash Out offers are not guaranteed and may be withdrawn at any time.
All casino games, including slots, table games, live dealer games, and video poker, use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness. Game outcomes are determined by RNG and cannot be predicted or manipulated. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds: cheating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes; using automated betting software, bots, or scripts; colluding with other Players or third parties; exploiting software vulnerabilities or errors; engaging in arbitrage betting or "arbing"; and any other activity that undermines the integrity of rem4d Services or provides unfair advantage.
rem4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling behavior, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your account settings at any time.
If you feel your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent closure. During the self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account or place bets. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed until the selected period expires. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and you acknowledge that you provide information at your own risk.
All content on the rem4d Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of rem4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any rem4d content without express written permission. The rem4d name, logo, and related marks are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.
rem4d Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. rem4d does not warrant that Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, rem4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury. rem4d's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.
rem4d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, or cyberattacks.
rem4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, provide false information during registration or KYC verification, abuse bonuses, or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, you forfeit all account balances, pending bets, and bonus funds.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting rem4d customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining account funds within 30 days. After 30 days, rem4d is not obligated to return forfeited balances.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. rem4d reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) on inactive accounts. You will receive email notification before any fees are applied.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding rem4d Services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. We will investigate your complaint and provide a written response within 7 business days. If the dispute remains unresolved after internal review, you may escalate the matter to an independent third-party dispute resolution service. Decisions made through the dispute resolution process are final and binding on both parties.
rem4d reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use of rem4d Services after amendments constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Material changes will be communicated via email or account notification.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of rem4d Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts. By using rem4d Services, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts for the resolution of all disputes.
